We’re proud to share our ongoing concept for the revitalization of Agioi Apostoloi, located on the western peninsula of Chania, Crete — an area rich in history, culture, and natural beauty.
Our vision reimagines the site as a sustainable eco-cultural resort that celebrates the harmony between architecture, nature, and community. The project draws inspiration from the site’s heritage as a 1930s children’s camp and its coastal landscape, aiming to restore its ecological and social value through thoughtful design.
The concept combines hospitality, wellness, and culture within one interconnected environment — featuring restored historic buildings, eco-friendly accommodations, wellness and recreation areas, and an open-air amphitheatre for art, performance, and community events. Each element is designed to enhance the land without overpowering it, blending contemporary forms with natural materials and low-impact technologies.
While still under development, the proposal reflects our team’s goal of creating a model for regenerative tourism — one that gives back to the land, provides opportunities for the local community, and offers visitors a deeper connection to Crete’s landscape and spirit.
Agioi Apostoloi is not just a place of leisure — it’s a vision for how design, culture, and sustainability can coexist beautifully.
